Hey there, my name is Chrissie, and at CoCoTresses Hair Studio, I specialize in unique color application, hair growth and retention, proper hydration and aftercare of natural hair, and extensions My goal is for you to absolutely love your hair...and around here we are heavy on the selfcare! *Due to safety considerations and limited space, children who are not receiving a service are not permitted in the salon. *If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact me within 24 hrs of the service being completed. The service can be redone or a different service of equal value can be provided. *Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. * All human hair bundles, tape ins, and wigs are to be paid for prior to certain service and are absolutely non-refundable once used.

Cancellation Policy

There is 70% cancellation fee for any no-shows and for repeat cancellations or reschedules. You are allowed 1 automatic reschedule and others please contact me directly. You must reschedule 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward the cost of your service. A NO SHOW WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT. You are responsible for 70% percent of the cost of the service(s) you were booked for if you cancel or reschedule the same day as your appointment, so please cancel or reschedule 24 hrs prior to your appointment to avoid being charged. *Again you may reschedule your appointment once. If there is an issue beyond your intial rescheduled appointment date, please contact me directly or it will result in the FORFEIT of your deposit. There is a 15 min grace period if you are running late. Being late affects other clients appointments, but life absolutely happens, so PLEASE be sure to communicate with me what's going on, so that I can try to accommodate you. ***If you are beyond 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be charged for 70% of the service.*** If granted a new appt an addtl $15 will be charged. *Square,Venmo, Chime, and Paypal are accepted methods of payment. I Do not accept Cash app! Being habitually 15 mins late will result in you being blocked from booking.
